Tory Lanez also been in court for his July 12 conviction and
the shooting surrounding fellow musician, Megan Thy Stallion, on his two criminal offenses.
On Tuesday, October 13, in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the Canadian rapper appeared by phone for his arraignment
on his attack with a semi-automatic weapon-personal use of a weapon-and transporting a locked, unregistered firearm in an automobile offense
His counsel, Shawn Holly, demanded a
continuation of the litigation or a postponement.
It was given so that
he would not make a plea.
The judge imposed a restraining order against the Tory, according to TMZ,
ordering him to remain at least 100 yards away from Megan Thy Stallion.
The outlet also notes that his bail was set at $190,000 and via
a bondsman who was present at the trial, he would post the bail.
Finally, the judge has ordered the
Tory to forfeit all weapons he has.
